1) REDEEMING YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE

Be sure to contact us upon receipt of gift certificate at [email protected] to confirm your certificate number and give us the name and email of the person WHO WILL USE THE GIFT CERTIFICATE.
Once registered, gift certificates cannot be redeemed on the day of the event. Redemption's must be requested via email to [email protected] at least 72 hours in advance of the show. We will email you back to confirm your spot and your name will be on the list at the box office.

2) SOLD OUT EVENTS

Your gift certificate is available to be used for any 2021-2022 BSTB show (subject to availability). Should the event be sold out, we will contact you to advise you that you must use the certificate for another show.

3) REDEEMING YOUR GUEST LIST

BSTB will inform you about eligible events for "guests", via email. You must write to [email protected] to request a place. We will answer you by email. Once confirmed, your name will be on the guest list at the door.
